Morning Classes
We will now be offering a morning class seven days a week. The new classes are:
• Tuesday: 10AM - Strength and Flexibility with Lulwa
• Wednesday: 10AM - Sonali's Wednesday morning class is no longer at 9 AM, it will now start at 10 AM
• Friday: 10AM - Hatha with Yara
Evening Classes
We are pleased to welcome back our 8PM classes, which will be offered Sun-Wed
• Sun: 8PM – Vinyasa with Sue
• Mon: 8PM - Strength and Flexibility with Lulwa
• Tues: 8PM– Vinyasa with Sue
• Wed: 8PM- Strength and Flexibility with Lulwa
